Who would have thought that having fun playing games can also improve your memory.

Do you exercise? If you don't then this might be the root of your problem. If you have trouble sleeping at night, it's very likely that by working up to an hour of exercise each day you will end up being able to sleep much better. And, sleeping better should have an effect on the performance of your brain. Here you thought you had a memory problem. You might really have a sleep problem. Now, we're finding out it could actually be an exercise problem. By getting the exercise you need it will help you sleep better and your mind will work more effectively.
