The Wink
This is one area where I've done a complete'0. I used to think it was downright cheesy and used too often by guys who were anything but suave and dashing. Until I saw it done right.
When a man flashed me a perfectly effortless wink, coupled with a little half smile, it really packed a wallop! The attraction was unmistakable. It's unfortunate that not a lot of men can pull this off without looking lame, but when it works, it works well!
Get Rid Of The Dirt
Yes we like you when you're rugged, sweaty and all manly, but only in certain situations. We don't ask that you be perfectly pristine every minute of the day but when it comes to being presentable for work or a family function, knowing how to get rid of the dirt should be required training before you're allowed to date.
Having said that, you don't need to have the physique of a Greek god either. We don't want you to hold us to model standards (hey, we like to eat) and turn about is fair play. You will get major points for personal hygiene though. Trim your forest of nose hair and scrub your dirty fingernails. Trust me, it's worth it.
Smelling good
I detest a man (or a woman for that matter) who drenches himself in cologne. Having said that, a man with a subtle but definite "man" smell is very appealing. I prefer a guy who relies on his own man scent, but there's nothing wrong with choosing a deodorant that smells great or one, count 'em one, spritz of a sexy cologne.
Laugh; it really works
Look at the men who are surrounded by women? Notice anything they have in common? Right, they're full of laughter. If you're too concerned with looking cool to appreciate a good belly laugh, I hate to break it to you, but you're lame. When women hang around with guys who let their laughter explode from time to time they'll likely join in on the fun. Laugher is infectious; they won't be able to help themselves.
We all know that laughing goes hand in hand with feeling good thanks to all those happy chemicals that are released when we laugh. Women will make an intuitive connection between that happy feel good feeling and the guy that provoked all that laughter.
Keeping It Cool
While women like a guy who isn't serious all of the time, we don't want to see a guy who loses it on a regular basis either. We all have problems that we deal with, life's stressors that have to be dealt with, but guys, freaking out over every little thing is a total turn off. It indicates a serious lack of maturity. We want to be your girlfriend, not your mother.
